By approving this invoice you are accepting and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork.

The customer's signature or email approval is contractually binding for payment of all services and products rendered. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, the customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing including corrections and reprints.

The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork.

Payment & Turnaround Your order begins after your quote has been approved AND payment is made. Payment is due in advance of production, unless otherwise agreed to. Production time for standard apparel orders is generally 10 to 14 business days. If you have a specific due date please inquire about our current turnaround time. Rush services and guaranteed are offered as available, for an additional fee.

Tariffs & Promotional Products Due to ongoing tariff impacts on imported goods, prices for promotional products manufactured outside of the USA are subject to change. Any applicable tariffs, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
